Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Platform Overview

AccsPact is an intermediary marketplace and escrow service for eligible Reddit accounts and subreddits. Except where AccsPact has purchased an asset and later sells it as AccsPact Direct inventory, AccsPact is not the owner of independent marketplace listings.

Supported transaction methods:

1. Marketplace purchases from approved independent seller listings
2. Sell to AccsPact Admin, which may place an asset into AccsPact Direct inventory
3. Private P2P crypto escrow for off-marketplace agreements

2. User Accounts & Conduct

Users must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure. Users must not bypass platform restrictions, manipulate transactions or disputes, or abuse marketplace, refund, or escrow systems.

AccsPact may suspend or restrict accounts, reject listings, cancel transactions where permitted, investigate suspicious activity, and hold pending seller funds during an investigation where permitted by these Terms.

3. Seller Rules

Sellers submit assets through sell a Reddit account or sell a subreddit. Every submission is subject to manual review. Approval is not automatic. Most reviews happen within about one hour when an administrator is available; review can take up to 12 hours depending on volume.

Sellers must:

• own or lawfully control the submitted asset
• not submit hacked, stolen, cracked, or unauthorized assets
• provide accurate karma, age, member count, and other listing information
• disclose relevant restrictions
• honor the 24-hour exclusivity period after submission (do not sell or transfer the same asset elsewhere during that window)
• deliver through the official AccsPact order flow after confirmed payment
• respond when an order is received
• cooperate with eligible dispute investigations

Sellers may edit eligible listing information. Edited listings may return to review before they are public again. Marketplace sellers set an asking price. AccsPact may reject an unsuitable price or inaccurate listing.

Marketplace orders may auto-cancel if not delivered within the applicable delivery window after confirmed payment (currently 3 hours for a normal marketplace buyer order, and 6 hours for VIP marketplace buyer orders and AccsPact Direct orders). An eligible refund may then be credited to the buyer's AccsPact site wallet, including the applicable buyer fee when the refund is a full refund of the amount paid.

4. Buyer Policy

Buyers should:

• review listing information before purchase
• check whether the source is an independent seller or AccsPact Direct
• confirm the checkout total, including the buyer fee
• understand the applicable checking period
• inspect the asset immediately after delivery
• keep required evidence if a problem occurs
• report legitimate problems within the applicable checking period

Changing your mind after payment is not a refund ground. Refunds are not automatic.

5. Fees & Payments

The table below is the authoritative marketplace and Direct fee summary. Escrow fees are listed separately in section 7. Seller fee and withdrawal fee are separate charges. Buyer fee and seller fee are also separate — do not treat them as one combined “marketplace commission.”

Buyer rows under “Sell to AccsPact Admin / Direct” apply when the buyer purchases AccsPact Direct inventory, not an independent marketplace seller listing. If a percentage would be below the stated minimum, the minimum applies.

Marketplace $14 example

• Listing price: $14.00
• Normal buyer fee: 10% would be $1.40, so the $3.00 minimum applies. Total buyer payment: $17.00.
• Normal seller fee: 10% would be $1.40, so the $3.00 minimum applies. Seller receives $11.00 before withdrawal.

The buyer fee and seller fee are separate. Withdrawal fee is charged later, when the seller withdraws eligible earnings, not as part of that $3.00 seller fee.

Wallet deposits and payouts

Buyers add cryptocurrency to the AccsPact site wallet before marketplace, Direct, or escrow purchases. AccsPact does not charge a separate deposit fee. Network fees may still apply. Supported deposit assets commonly include USDT (TRC20), BTC, and LTC, as shown on the live deposit or checkout screen. Follow the on-screen address and submit the TXID for verification when required.

Wallet balance is AccsPact site balance. It is not cash and is not automatically sent to an external crypto wallet. Seller earnings may remain locked during the applicable checking or hold period. After release conditions are met, eligible earnings can be withdrawn. Withdrawals are processed manually. Current minimum withdrawals: $30.00 for standard sellers and $5.00 for VIP sellers.

6. AccsPact Direct

There are two buying sources. A marketplace seller listing is sold by an independent seller. AccsPact Direct is inventory AccsPact acquired and later sells from its own Direct inventory. Direct is not an ordinary independent seller listing and is not affiliated with Reddit.

Sell to AccsPact Admin

1. The seller submits an account or subreddit privately and provides an asking price.
2. AccsPact reviews the submission. Approval is not guaranteed.
3. If approved, AccsPact may purchase the asset directly.
4. The asset can then enter AccsPact Direct inventory.
5. AccsPact may set its own public Direct selling price. Asking price and public Direct price are separate values.

Sell-to-Admin seller fees are in the section 5 table (not marketplace seller fees). Direct buyer fees and the 6-hour checking period are also in that table. Saved profile contact information is used for seller-admin communication.

7. P2P Escrow

Private crypto escrow is for eligible P2P deals where the buyer and seller already agreed outside the marketplace. Escrow fees are not marketplace or Direct fees. Use the AccsPact deal room. Off-platform Telegram or WhatsApp chats are not official AccsPact evidence unless AccsPact expressly accepts them for that dispute.

Current escrow fees: buyer 5% or $3 minimum; seller 5% or $3 minimum. On a $100 completed deal, the buyer pays $105 and the seller receives $95 when the percentage (not the minimum) applies. Fees apply when the escrow transaction is successfully completed. Start from AccsPact crypto escrow.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are reviewed. They are not automatic. Eligible marketplace and Direct refunds are credited to the buyer's AccsPact site wallet. They are not automatically sent as a new crypto transfer. Wallet credit can be used for future AccsPact purchases and is visible in the wallet. It is not a cash payout.

If an order qualifies for a full refund, the buyer should receive the full amount actually paid, including the applicable buyer fee. Example: listing $14.00, normal buyer fee $3.00, buyer paid $17.00. A qualifying full refund credits $17.00 to the buyer wallet — not only the $14.00 listing price.

On an approved marketplace refund of that example, the seller's locked amount of $11.00 is reversed. The seller does not receive that payout. The listing may be returned to available inventory according to marketplace rules. More process detail is on the Refund Policy page.

Evidence

Required evidence depends on the applicable refund rule. For many Reddit-account claims, AccsPact may require a continuous, unedited screen recording showing the start of login/checking, the login attempt, relevant access, and the problem reported. Not every refund requires the same evidence.

9. Warranty / Checking Period

Checking periods start after access is provided. They are inspection windows, not a lifetime warranty and not a guarantee of future third-party platform status.

• Marketplace Reddit accounts — normal buyer: 3 hours; VIP buyer: 6 hours
• AccsPact Direct Reddit accounts — normal and VIP buyers: 6 hours
• Subreddit purchases: 24 hours after the agreed access is delivered

Inspect immediately. Late reports may not qualify. Subreddit checking is not the Reddit-account 3-hour or 6-hour window.

10. VIP Program

AccsPact currently offers VIP Buyer at $59 for 90 days and VIP Seller at $99 for 90 days, after the dashboard eligibility rules (currently 3 buyer purchases for VIP Buyer and 5 seller sales for VIP Seller). Benefits apply automatically from current VIP status at the time of the eligible transaction.

• VIP Buyer marketplace: 5% or $3 minimum buyer fee, 6-hour checking period
• VIP Buyer Direct: 0% or $1 minimum buyer fee, 6-hour checking period
• VIP Seller marketplace: 5% or $3 minimum seller fee + 1% withdrawal
• VIP Seller Sell to Admin: 0% or $1 minimum seller fee + 1% withdrawal

Featured listing boosts cost $2.99 for 7 days and are available to all sellers from the dashboard (VIP not required). VIP Seller includes 5 free featured boosts per month; extra boosts use the same paid rate. Other dashboard VIP features apply only if that benefit is actually active for the plan. VIP does not use a 12-hour Reddit-account checking period.

11. Disputes

Raise disputes through the AccsPact order, dashboard, or escrow deal room. Report problems during the checking period whenever possible. AccsPact may request order records, screenshots, recordings, delivery records, and on-platform messages.

Possible outcomes include a full refund, partial refund, no refund, release of funds, or another resolution permitted by these Terms. AccsPact's administrative decision is final under these Terms. Seller funds may remain locked during review.

12. Prohibited Items

AccsPact does not allow:

• hacked, stolen, cracked, or unauthorized accounts or communities
• fraudulent listings or fake engagement, including bot or karma farming
• malicious activity or fraudulent payment activity
• attempts to bypass AccsPact fees or escrow
• deceptive listings or assets that violate AccsPact rules
• illegal content or illegal transactions

AccsPact may reject or remove prohibited listings and suspend related accounts.

13. Limitation of Liability

AccsPact is an intermediary marketplace and escrow service. Third-party platforms can change policies. AccsPact cannot guarantee permanent access after the applicable checking period, future Reddit policy decisions, future account or community value, or losses caused by buyer or seller misuse after delivery.

AccsPact is not responsible for third-party bans after the checking period, market-value changes, blockchain network failures outside AccsPact's control, or deals completed entirely outside AccsPact without using AccsPact escrow. Where permitted by law, AccsPact's liability relating to a transaction is limited to the relevant transaction amount.

14. Terms Updates

AccsPact may update these Terms. The Last updated date above is revised when material changes are published. Continued use of AccsPact after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
