Privacy Policy

1. Overview

AccsPact processes information needed to create accounts, list and review assets, complete marketplace and Direct orders, operate the site wallet, run private escrow deals, deliver purchased assets, handle support, and investigate disputes or abuse.

We do not invent data collection in this policy. The categories below reflect features currently used on AccsPact.

2. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use AccsPact — for example as a buyer, seller, escrow participant, or support requester.

Account information

• Email address
• Username / public profile identifier
• Authentication credentials handled by our authentication provider (not stored as a plaintext password)
• Account purpose (buyer, seller, or both) and onboarding status
• VIP buyer or VIP seller status and related dates
• Account status and profile settings you save

If you apply for VIP membership, you may optionally upload identity-document images (for example a national ID, passport, or driving licence image or PDF) for that application review.

3. Information You Provide

Contact information

Sellers typically save WhatsApp, Telegram, and email on their AccsPact profile during onboarding or profile settings. Buyers may also provide an email. AccsPact may use these details for seller-admin communication, order or delivery contact, and support.

WhatsApp and Telegram numbers are not shown on public marketplace listing pages. Public seller profiles show username, badges, and reviews — not private phone or chat handles.

Other information you submit

• Listing and submission forms (see section 6)
• Buyer-request contact details if you use that form
• Messages, screenshots, or files you upload in AccsPact chat or an escrow deal room
• Reviews you post about a seller after a completed order
• Help-article feedback votes
• Support emails or contact-form messages
• Payout addresses you save for withdrawals (such as USDT, Binance Pay, BTC, or LTC details)

4. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the website, limited technical information may be collected automatically through the browser, hosting, authentication, and logging infrastructure. This may include:

• IP address (including on certain first-access delivery logs)
• Browser type and user-agent
• Device or operating-system information available from the browser
• Pages visited and referring pages (including via analytics on public pages)
• Session and authentication cookies
• Error, performance, and security-related logs

For some marketplace deliveries, AccsPact records a limited first-access log that may include IP address, user-agent, and a short device/browser identifier you acknowledge at first access. AccsPact does not operate sitewide advertising-identifier tracking or precise location tracking.

5. Transaction, Wallet & Escrow Data

Orders

AccsPact stores order records required to run the marketplace, including order ID, buyer and seller or Direct source, asset or listing identifiers, prices and stored fee amounts, order status, timestamps, delivery status, payment references, refund status, and related history. Authorized administrators may add operational notes.

Wallet and crypto

• Site wallet balance and ledger entries
• Deposit and withdrawal records
• TXIDs and payment references
• Transaction status and refund credits

Blockchain transfers occur on public networks and may be visible independently of AccsPact. AccsPact cannot delete blockchain records.

Escrow and deal rooms

For private escrow, AccsPact may process deal information, buyer and seller identifiers, agreed price, asset description, payment verification and TXID, deal-room messages, delivery information, and dispute materials. This is used to operate escrow and investigate fraud or disputes.

AccsPact does not automatically capture screen recordings. If you submit screenshots, files, or a recording as dispute or support evidence, authorized administrators may retain and review that material for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, and transaction auditing. 6. Seller Listing & Submission Data

When you sell a Reddit account or sell a subreddit, AccsPact may collect the fields on those forms, such as Reddit username or subreddit name, profile link, karma, account or community age, member count, mods, category, audience, language, activity, tags, asking price, notes, and verification answers. Approved marketplace information may appear publicly on listings at buy Reddit accounts or buy subreddits.

Submission data is used to review listings, create inventory, communicate with sellers, and detect fraudulent or prohibited submissions. Do not include unnecessary personal data in public listing descriptions.

7. How We Use Information

AccsPact uses information to:

• create and manage user accounts
• process marketplace and Direct orders
• operate escrow and verify payments or TXIDs
• maintain site-wallet records, refunds, and withdrawals
• deliver purchased assets through the order process
• communicate with buyers and sellers about transactions and support
• review seller submissions
• prevent fraud and abuse, investigate disputes, and enforce platform rules
• maintain security and improve website performance
• provide customer support
• comply with applicable legal obligations

AccsPact does not use this information for third-party advertising networks. First-party promotional placements on the site are AccsPact-managed ads, not ad-network tracking pixels.

8. How We Share Information

AccsPact does not sell personal information.

Transaction counterparties

Only information necessary to complete a purchase, delivery, or dispute may be shared with the relevant buyer, seller, or AccsPact Direct operations staff.

Service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure providers needed to operate AccsPact, including authentication, hosting, database, file storage, transactional email, cryptocurrency payment processing, and website analytics on public pages.

Legal, fraud, and security

Information may be disclosed when required by law, legal process, court order, or a lawful government request, or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or policy violations.

Administrator access

Authorized AccsPact administrators and moderators may access user, transaction, and support data when reasonably necessary to operate the platform, review submissions, resolve disputes, investigate fraud, process refunds or withdrawals, provide support, and maintain security. Not every staff member has unrestricted access.

9. Seller & Buyer Communication

AccsPact messaging, order notifications, and escrow deal-room chat are stored so transactions can be completed and disputes reviewed. Buyers may message sellers through AccsPact where messaging is available for a listing. Off-platform chats are not AccsPact records unless you later submit them as evidence.

Transactional emails (such as order or deposit notices) may be sent to the email on your account.

10. Cookies & Analytics

Essential cookies and similar technologies are used for:

• authentication and login sessions
• security
• core website functionality and some user preferences

AccsPact uses Google Analytics on public pages to understand usage and improve the website. Analytics is not loaded on staff admin routes. AccsPact does not use advertising-network cookies or ad-network tracking pixels. You may control some cookies through your browser.

11. Data Security

AccsPact uses reasonable measures such as encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), authentication controls, access controls, and secure database storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so AccsPact cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, keep account and transaction history, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, maintain financial or accounting records, meet legal obligations, and support security investigations. Different categories may be kept for different periods. AccsPact does not publish a single retention timetable for every record type.

13. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion through hi@accspact.com or the contact page. Deletion may not immediately remove every record when retention is necessary for completed transactions, financial records, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, or security and audit purposes. Information that is no longer required should be deleted or anonymized according to AccsPact's retention practices. Account deletion does not erase public blockchain records.

14. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable law, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, data portability, and restriction or objection where applicable. Not every right applies to every user worldwide.

15. International Data & Service Providers

AccsPact may use infrastructure and service providers located in different countries. If personal information is processed internationally, applicable safeguards will be used where required by law.

16. Children's Privacy

AccsPact is not intended for children who are not legally permitted to use the service. AccsPact does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes such information was collected may contact AccsPact.

17. Third-Party Platforms

AccsPact facilitates transactions involving third-party platforms such as Reddit. AccsPact does not control those platforms' privacy policies. Reddit does not share private Reddit account credentials with AccsPact as an official integration; sellers provide listing information themselves. Review the relevant third-party privacy policy as well.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

AccsPact may update this Privacy Policy. When material changes are published, the Last updated date is revised. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
