Example: a $14.00 listing. 10% is $1.40, so the $3.00 minimum applies. Total $17.00. A VIP buyer on the same listing: 5% is $0.70, so the $3.00 minimum still applies. Total $17.00.
Another minimum example: 10% of $20.00 is $2, so the fee is $3.00, not $2. On larger listings where the percentage exceeds $3, the percentage applies. Your exact total is always shown before confirmation.
Do not mix seller fee with withdrawal fee. They are separate charges.

Example: listing price $14.00. 10% is $1.40, so the seller fee is $3.00. The seller receives $11.00 before withdrawal. For a $100.00 sale, 10% is $10.00, so the seller receives $90.00 before withdrawal. A VIP seller on $100.00 pays $5.00 and receives $95.00 before the 1% withdrawal fee.

Sell to AccsPact Admin is a private review route. You submit an asking price. Admin reviews the asset. If AccsPact purchases it, the asset can enter AccsPact Direct inventory. AccsPact may set a separate public selling price. Your asking price is not automatically the Direct listing price.

When an asset was sold to AccsPact and later appears as AccsPact Direct inventory, you are buying from AccsPact rather than an independent marketplace seller. Direct listings use Direct buyer fees and a 6-hour checking period — not the marketplace 10% / 3-hour rule.
Example on $100.00: a normal Direct buyer pays $5.00 fee (total $105.00). A VIP Direct buyer pays $0.00 fee (total $100.00) under the current VIP Direct buyer configuration.
VIP benefits apply automatically from your current VIP status. They do not change the other party's fee.
Test the delivered account immediately. If there is a legitimate problem, follow the refund process and provide required evidence during that window. Refunds are not automatic.
Review member count, community age, listing information, moderator or access terms, price, and seller-provided details. Purchase through AccsPact, then verify the transferred access after delivery.
Standard subreddit purchases have a 24-hour checking period after access is provided. Do not apply the Reddit-account 3-hour or 6-hour windows to subreddit orders.

AccsPact is an independent marketplace and transaction platform for eligible Reddit accounts and subreddits. Buyers pay from an AccsPact wallet. Sellers can list on the marketplace, sell privately to AccsPact Admin, or use private crypto escrow.
