Refund Policy

AccsPact uses a site-wallet refund modeldue to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions. “Refund” means credit to your AccsPact account balance, not a new crypto transfer to your wallet — unless admin explicitly approves an exceptional case. AccsPact does not offer cash/crypto refunds to external wallets as a standard policy.

1. Eligible Refunds

1.1Full Refund — Auto-Cancelled Orders

If a seller or admin fails to deliver within the deadline (3h for seller listings, 6h for admin inventory), the order is automatically cancelled and 100% of the purchase priceis refunded to the buyer's site wallet. Service fees paid are also returned.

1.2Full Refund — Stock Unavailable

If a listed account becomes unavailable before delivery, the buyer receives a full site-wallet refund or a free replacement of equal or greater value at the buyer's choice.

1.3Full Refund — Verified Pre-Delivery Fraud

If AccsPact admin confirms that a seller submitted a fraudulent, banned, or misrepresented account before delivery is completed, the buyer receives a full site-wallet refund. The seller receives no payout and may be permanently banned.

1.4Replacement — Golden Warranty Claims

If an account fails during the Golden Warranty window (wrong password, undisclosed ban, missing email access) and the buyer provides valid continuous screen-recording proof, AccsPact provides a direct account replacement or full site-wallet refund at admin discretion.

Standard buyer (seller-listed): 3-hour warranty window.
AccsPact Direct (admin-listed): 6-hour warranty window.
VIP Buyer (active membership): 12-hour warranty window.
1.5Partial Credit — Post-Warranty Issues

If an account has issues between warranty expiry and 24 hours after delivery — and the buyer can prove they followed safe-usage guidelines — AccsPact may, at its sole discretion, offer a 40–50% store credit or discount on the next purchase. This is a goodwill gesture, not a guaranteed entitlement.

1.6Escrow Deal Cancellations

If an escrow deal is cancelled beforethe seller delivers credentials, the buyer's principal (purchase price) is returned to their site wallet. The escrow service fee is non-refundable once the deal room is opened and payment is confirmed. Network gas fees for any return transaction are deducted from the refund amount.

1.7Dispute Outcomes

When a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor, funds are refunded to the buyer's site wallet. When resolved in the seller's favor, funds release to the seller minus applicable fees. AccsPact's dispute decision is final.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for refund or replacement:

Buyer's remorse after payment is confirmed and delivery has started.
Account banned or restricted due to buyer activity after the warranty window expired.
Warranty claims without continuous, uncut screen recording from delivery to first login attempt.
Third-party platform (Reddit) policy changes causing bans after the warranty period.
Incorrect crypto sent to the wrong wallet address or wrong network by the buyer.
Market value changes of any digital asset after purchase.
Deals completed entirely outside AccsPact without using escrow.
VIP membership fees — non-refundable once activated.

3. Refund Processing Time

3.1Auto-Cancelled Orders

Site-wallet refunds from auto-cancelled orders are processed automatically within minutes — no manual action required.

3.2Manual & Dispute Refunds

Manual refunds from disputes or admin review are typically processed within 24–48 hours of a decision being made.
