AccsPact Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This Refund Policy explains how AccsPact reviews refund requests for marketplace orders, AccsPact Admin Store purchases, and eligible escrow deals. It describes the actual refund process used on the platform.

Refunds are not automatic. A report is a request for review. AccsPact decides the outcome according to the order records, evidence, and applicable platform rules. See the Terms of Service for the full platform rules.

Refund Principle

AccsPact reviews refunds case by case. A refund is not guaranteed because a buyer opened a report.

Review depends on:

  • order status
  • delivery status
  • the applicable protection / warranty / inspection period
  • evidence submitted by the buyer
  • seller delivery and seller submissions
  • whether the buyer reported the issue through AccsPact
  • applicable platform rules in the Terms of Service and this Refund Policy

When a Buyer Can Report a Problem

Buyers should inspect the delivered asset within the applicable window and report a legitimate problem through AccsPact as soon as possible. Reporting a problem does not mean a refund will be approved.

Login does not work

The supplied credentials do not work as delivered, or the buyer cannot open the account or access as provided.

Listing mismatch

The delivered account or access materially does not match the approved listing.

Access not delivered

Access is not delivered as promised, including missing credentials, missing moderator rights, or missing agreed access.

Issue inside the window

A material issue appears within the applicable protection or warranty period after access is provided.

Applicable inspection windows

  • Marketplace Reddit accounts: 3 hours for standard buyers and 6 hours for VIP buyers after access is provided.
  • AccsPact Admin Store Reddit accounts: 6 hours after access is provided, for standard and VIP buyers.
  • Subreddit marketplace purchases: 24 hours after the agreed access or moderator transfer is delivered.

These windows are inspection and claim periods. They are not a lifetime warranty and they do not promise a refund for every complaint.

Refund Steps

Use AccsPact to report the issue. Do not rely on off-platform messages as the official claim record.

1. Open the order

Open the relevant order in your AccsPact dashboard or deal room. Keep the Order ID.

2. Submit the issue

Before delivery, you may request cancellation for admin review. After delivery, report the problem through the order, dashboard, escrow chat, or AccsPact support.

3. Provide evidence

Explain the problem clearly and upload the required evidence, including video proof where it applies.

4. Wait for admin review

AccsPact reviews the report. A refund is not issued just because a report was submitted.

If the seller does not deliver by the delivery deadline set on that order, the order may be cancelled and the paid amount credited to the buyer's AccsPact Site Wallet according to that cancellation process. That cancellation path is separate from a post-delivery refund claim.

Evidence Required

AccsPact may require video proof if the buyer claims that the delivered account or access does not work. Video recording is strongly recommended. Claims without sufficient evidence may be rejected.

1. Open the login page

Show opening the login page or the relevant platform before using the delivered access.

2. Enter the credentials

Show entering the supplied credentials or using the delivered access as provided.

3. Show the problem

Show the actual error, failed login, missing access, or other material problem.

4. Show relevant access details

Show relevant account or access information needed to identify the delivered asset.

5. Date and time context

Include date/time context where reasonably useful, such as a visible system clock or the recording timestamp.

Keep private details private

Do not expose unnecessary private information in public places. Submit evidence through AccsPact, not public posts.

For Reddit account claims, the recommended recording is a continuous, unedited first-access screen recording from opening or revealing the delivered credentials through login and the problem. Cuts, edits, or missing first-access proof may cause the claim to be rejected.

Review Process

After a buyer submits an issue:

  1. The buyer submits the issue through AccsPact with the available evidence.
  2. The order becomes disputed / under review. AccsPact may mark the order as disputed while the report is reviewed.
  3. Seller funds remain protected according to the applicable escrow and hold rules while the review is open, where those rules still apply.
  4. AccsPact admin reviews the available records and evidence.

What AccsPact reviews

  • order
  • listing
  • delivery
  • seller submission
  • buyer evidence
  • deal-room information
  • transaction history

Both buyer and seller may be asked for additional information. Review time depends on the case. AccsPact does not promise an automatic review timeline.

Possible Outcomes

After review, AccsPact may decide one of the following. The decision depends on the evidence and applicable policy.

Full refund

AccsPact may approve a full refund of the applicable amount actually paid by the buyer, according to the refund rules.

Partial refund

AccsPact may issue a partial refund where that outcome is appropriate for the case.

Release funds to seller

AccsPact may reject the buyer claim and allow seller funds to follow the applicable hold and release rules.

Reject claim

AccsPact may reject the claim. A rejected claim does not receive a refund.

Full refund accounting

A full refund returns the applicable amount actually paid by the buyer according to the approved refund decision.

Where the buyer paid a buyer service fee and that fee is refundable under the approved refund decision, the refundable amount includes that fee.

The refund is credited to the buyer's AccsPact Site Wallet according to the platform's refund process. Approved marketplace refunds are not normally sent as a new external cryptocurrency transfer.

The corresponding seller funds are reversed from the protected or locked balance when that hold still applies.

AccsPact does not delete the original transaction. The order record remains, with the refund recorded against that order.

Partial refund

AccsPact may issue a partial refund where appropriate. A partial refund is an administrative decision based on the evidence and applicable policy. It is not an automatic split and not a promised formula.

Non-Refundable / Invalid Claims

AccsPact may reject a claim. Examples of invalid or non-refundable claims include:

Evidence is insufficient.
The buyer caused the issue after receiving access.
The buyer violated inspection or first-access instructions.
The buyer intentionally damaged, changed, or altered the asset.
The claim is outside the applicable protection or inspection period.
Information was misrepresented, including a false or manipulated claim.
The buyer simply changed their mind after payment.
The problem was caused by third-party platform policy changes after the applicable buyer-protection period.
The buyer sent cryptocurrency to the wrong wallet address or network.
The transaction was completed completely outside AccsPact.

Admin Decision

Refund approval is an administrative decision under AccsPact platform policy. AccsPact reviews the available records and evidence and decides the outcome.

AccsPact does not promise automatic approval. Not every report qualifies. AccsPact's administrative decision is final under the applicable Terms of Service.

If seller funds have already been released from the protected or locked balance, AccsPact may not be able to reverse those funds through the standard refund process. AccsPact still reviews the claim according to the available records. A refund is not guaranteed in that situation.

Escrow Deal Refunds

Private AccsPact Crypto Escrow deals follow the conditions and timeline agreed for that deal. They do not use a universal 3-hour, 6-hour, or 24-hour marketplace inspection window.

Completed escrow deals charge 5% to the buyer and 5% to the seller, with a minimum of $3 per party. If an escrow deal is cancelled before completion, AccsPact does not charge the completed-deal escrow fee.

Escrow refunds, if any, are still reviewed according to this Refund Policy and are not automatic.

FAQ

How do I request a refund?

Open the relevant order in your AccsPact dashboard or deal room. Include the Order ID, explain the problem, and submit the required evidence. Before delivery, you may request cancellation for admin review. After delivery, report the issue through the order, dashboard, escrow chat, or AccsPact support. Refund requests are reviewed and are not automatic.

Do I need video proof?

Video proof is strongly recommended for login and access claims and may be required. AccsPact may reject a claim if the evidence is insufficient. Recording is not a guarantee that a refund will be approved.

What should my video show?

Where video is requested, it should show: (1) opening the login page or platform, (2) entering the supplied credentials, (3) the actual error or problem, (4) relevant account or access information, and (5) date/time context where reasonably useful. Keep the recording continuous and unedited. Do not expose unnecessary private information in public places.

How long does review take?

Review time depends on the order, evidence, and available records. AccsPact does not promise an automatic review timeline. If a refund is approved, the applicable amount is credited to the buyer's AccsPact Site Wallet according to the platform refund process.

Will my money return to my Site Wallet?

If a refund is approved, the applicable refundable amount is credited to the buyer's AccsPact Site Wallet. Approved marketplace refunds are not normally sent as a new external cryptocurrency transfer.

Can I receive a partial refund?

Yes, AccsPact may issue a partial refund where that outcome is appropriate based on the evidence and applicable policy. A partial refund is an administrative decision, not an automatic result.

What happens to the seller's earnings?

During review, seller funds may remain protected or locked according to AccsPact escrow and hold rules. If a refund is approved, the corresponding seller funds are reversed from the protected or locked balance when that hold still applies.

What if the seller has already withdrawn?

If seller funds have already been released from the protected or locked balance, AccsPact may not be able to reverse those funds through the standard refund process. AccsPact still reviews the claim according to the available records and applicable policy. A refund is not guaranteed in that situation.

What happens if my claim is rejected?

If the claim is rejected, the buyer does not receive a refund for that claim. Seller funds may be released according to the applicable hold and escrow rules. AccsPact's administrative decision is made under the platform policy and the Terms of Service.
