Delivery through AccsPact
The seller, or AccsPact admin for Direct listings, provides account access through the AccsPact order flow. Where applicable, seller delivery is designed to be submitted once. Watch the order in your dashboard rather than asking the seller to send credentials off-platform.
Check the account in time
- Standard marketplace seller orders: 3 hours after access is provided.
- VIP buyers on marketplace seller orders: 6 hours.
- AccsPact Admin Store / admin-listed Reddit accounts: 6 hours for both standard and VIP buyers.
Log in, confirm the account matches the listing, and look for obvious problems during that window. If you wait until later, a refund claim may not qualify. Details are in the refund policy.
If something is wrong
Keep a continuous, unedited screen recording from opening the delivered access through login and the problem. Then contact AccsPact with your order ID. Eligible refunds are credited to your AccsPact wallet.
